Day 1 - Arrival & Transfer to Sigiriya

Your journey begins at Bandaranaike International Airport in Colombo, where you’ll be greeted by your driver.

Instead of staying in the busy capital, you’ll head straight to the heart of the island — Sigiriya, located in the Cultural Triangle.

The drive takes around 3–4 hours and gives you your first look at Sri Lanka’s countryside, with rice fields, coconut groves, and small towns along the way.

By late afternoon or evening, you’ll arrive at your hotel near Sigiriya. The rest of the day is free for you to relax, settle in, and enjoy a local dinner.
