Sithiyam Travel is a private Sri Lanka travel house based in Colombo, contactable at info@sithiyam.com. We design and book custom Sri Lanka trips — private journeys, not fixed package tours.

We design a trip around you: hotels, drivers, activities, and routing, based on the dates, party size, and preferences you share with us. Every itinerary is custom; nothing is booked until you approve it.

A quote reflects rates and availability at the time it is sent and is not guaranteed until confirmed. Rates can change if hotels or suppliers update theirs, or if your dates or trip details change. We will always tell you before anything changes.

A booking is confirmed with a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due on arrival in Sri Lanka. Accepted payment methods are agreed with you directly and shown on your quote.

Cancellation terms are set by each hotel and supplier and vary by property and season. The specific cancellation terms that apply to your trip are shown on your quote before you pay a deposit.

We take care in selecting hotels and suppliers, but we are not liable for acts, delays, or failures of third parties (hotels, drivers, airlines, or other suppliers) beyond our reasonable control, including weather, strikes, or other events outside our control. Travel insurance is recommended for all trips.
