Email us at hirazhilmy@sithiyam.com with the phone number or Instagram/WhatsApp handle you used to contact us, or reply DELETE on the same channel you messaged us on (WhatsApp, Instagram, or Messenger).

We delete your name, contact details, messages, and any trip details or lead-ad answers we hold about you, from our database and from any connected marketing tools.

We may keep limited records where required for legal, tax, or accounting reasons — for example, a completed booking's financial record — for as long as the law requires, even after a deletion request.

We complete deletion requests within 30 days of receiving them.

We send you a confirmation once your data has been deleted, to the email, phone number, or channel you contacted us on.
